Blumhouse’s Black Phone 2, sequel to the 2022 hit horror phenomenon is hitting cinemas in October.
The phone is ringing once more as the Grabber (Ethan Hawke) returns to wreak havoc. Mason Thames is reprising his role as Finney, the only known surviving victim, and Madeleine McGraw as Finney’s sister, Gwen.
Scheduled to arrive in cinemas October 15, Black Phone 2 teases the return of the supposedly dead Grabber. In the trailer, Gwen starts to have dreams connected to the Grabber again. This time, it seems more violent and that she is among the victims. It also hints on a possible origin story with grainy clips that may suggest an older time and a reflection of a young boy whose face seems to have a huge birthmark.
